Onboarding

This is your first-time setup. It only needs to be done once.

1. We create your GLW account.
2. You receive your login details (email + temporary password).
3. You receive your headset package (headset + cable).
4. Scan the QR code on the box to open this help guide.
5. Download the GLW app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
6. Log in using your email and temporary password.
7. (Optional) Add family members if more than one person will use GLW.

After this, you’re fully set up. Your next step is simply running your first session.
